When ordering a memory bear please include the following inside the package:

1. Garments, fabric, quilts etc.

2. Your return information: name, address, shipping address if different from home address, and any other pertinent contact information ( best time to call...)

3. Special Instructions about your bear, i.e. all the extras that I provide free of charge: glasses, suspenders, hats, boots, other accessories. Also state your preference for hard animal nose or embroidered nose, the traditional teddy bear pout, or a smile all hand embroidered.

4. Send along costume jewelry if you want me to size it and apply it to the bear. Please contact me regarding further details regarding your memory bear. There are many more options.

NOTE All Christmas orders must be submitted before December 10th 2008.. NO EXCEPTIONS.. Depending on workload, your bears are shipped in 1-3 weeks. The bears are made as the orders come in, so be sure to allow me plenty of time as the holiday season approaches. Order as soon as possible for Christmas 2008. (UPS gaurantees that packages shipped before December 21st will arrive by Christmas to the lower 48 states).
